Program Description
The Committee to Re-Elect Frank J. Navarro for Mayor ("we," "us") offers a recurring SMS/MMS text message program. Message content may include campaign marketing, polls, donation requests, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and other informational messages.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on navarroforcoltonmayor.com and checking the consent box, or by texting our campaign. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, contribution, or participation in the campaign.
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from this program. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you submit.
